    Hi.

    That is normal if you redirect from /wp-admin/ to wp-login.php. If you can access the Dashboard after you log in, you can edit the general link.
    If that is not worked. You can edit it from your database. Go to your phpmyadmin from your hosting panel, find your database and open the wp-options table. You can remove the # at siteurl or home row.
