Hi,
If you hover over the slider thumbnail, do you see a small ‘trash’ icon in the corner of the image? This should allow you to delete the slide.
If that does not work, please could you open your browser developer tools (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers, then open the ‘console’ tab), and attempt to delete the slide again. Do you see any warnings or errors in the console?
