Go to Booking Activities > Booking forms > your form > Calendar settings > Availability tab > set “Make past events bookable” = OFF, and “Display Past events” = OFF > OK
If you need to change the price in credits of a specific event (with the Prices and Credits add-on), go to Booking Activities > Calendar editor
(If the event is repeated, you first need to unbind the desired occurence: mouseover the desired event > go to its settings > click “Unbind” button > select “Unbind the selected occurence” > click “Unbind” button again.)
