I have problam with Fixed ICS import issue

Hello I get duplicate events after import ical.
On import ics only 13 events imported,
After one hour i get 26 events.
These new 13 events are duplicate of 13 events
What i do
My plugin current version is 2.3.4
wordpress version is 4.3.1
my ical url is below
