    Hi!

    I cannot update to 7.4 what can I do?

    I have this message: There is a new version of Stop Spammers, but it doesn’t work with your version of PHP. See version 2022.1 details or Learn more about updating PHP.

    It’s unsafe to use anything earlier than PHP 7.4. 7.3 is unsupported and no longer receives security updates:

    Why aren’t you able to upgrade? If your host doesn’t offer anything after 7.3 (8.0 has been out for over a year), that’s a major red flag. They probably aren’t keeping things secure in other areas either.

    It’s very important to keep everything on your server up-to-date. Please explain your situation further, and I’ll do my best to help you get upgraded.

    Upgrade to 7.4 or later. Ask your host support or let me know what host you’re using and one of us should be able to help. Usually, it’s as simple as flipping a switch on your control panel under your PHP settings.
