I have no dashboard or way to manage my site

My site looks like this flashmobj.com. Going to flashmobj.com/wp-admin gets me this page also. No dashboard and no or way to change anything. basically what you see is what I see and yes it does take that long to load up for me too. The last thing I remember doing is going to settings but I didn’t change anything, I just pressed save and this is what I get. Can anyone help, I have a deadline to meet.
