Did you recently make any changes to the site at all? Deactivate/activate any plugins or switch themes? Make any other changes at all in the admin area before these issues appeared?
yes I have tried to tweak the site to Google recommendations, I don’t know maybe I have deleted some files, I also installed and later removed some of the plugins recommended by Google when I saw the problem, The Theme am using is a free one from wordpess called “Max Magazine”. since the everything is inactive except writing text post
Are you able to navigate to the WordPress upgrades area inside of WordPress to see if you can perform a re-install?

Or if you’re logged into your WP admin area, in the menu on the left click on Dashboard and then you’ll see a submenu item labeled Updates that you can click on
Once you get to the updates page click on the Re-install now button
Thank you I now see where re-install is can I do re-installation and if I do will I loose my any previous content in my website, That is one this I can’t Afford it.
Typically it will only re-install the WordPress core files. However, it is always advised to make a backup of the site first before any major changes.
There are WordPress backup plugins that you can install and use for free to make a backup of the site.
where can I Find the “WordPress backup plugins”and where should I installed them please?
You’d have to go through the list here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=database+backup&sort=popular
And then install whichever one you find will work for you onto your site. If you can navigate around inside of your WP admin area enough you can go to the Plugins->Add New menu on the left hand side and search for backup plugins there to install.

I have managed to re-installed and the web is loading perfectly, but I can’t yet upload files like Photo into my post. What do I do.
Are you getting any errors when trying to upload photos? What is happening exactly?
When I click on Add Media”or Set featured image, nothing moves the pages looks inactive no response. it doesn’t open anything at all.
