Hello @atulrana ,
Thanks for using our plugin.
Is it possible to send me the debugging messages?
- Go to WooCommerce ⇒ Settings ⇒ Shipping ⇒ Shipping Zones. And then edit the shipping zone where you assigned Australia Post. Then click on the Australia Post settings page.
- Enable the Debug Mode option and Save the Changes.
- Then go to the Cart page, and send me the displayed debugging messages here. (These messages are only displayed for administrators).
- Please, do not to forget to disable the Debug Mode after that.
Best Regards,
Waseem

Hello @atulrana
Thanks for the screenshots, but as I mentioned before I need you to enable the Debug Mode and send me the debugging messages that appear in the cart page.
Debug mode is on but there is no error in the cart page

Can you please send me a screenshot of the shipping zones page?
WooCommerce triggers only one zone when the Customer provides his address. In your case, if the customer provided an Australian address, then only the shipping zone (Express Shipping) is triggered, and as I can see from the screenshot this zone has no shipping methods assigned. Therefore, Australia Post will never be triggered.
