    Hello,

    I have a problem on my website, whenever I want to update my catalog, I do all the steps and and finish the whole process. But in the end it gets me to “something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.”

    I have tried it for a few times already and in more than a way and still didn’t work.

    Please help me with this problem as soon as possible.

  • Hi @hussamsara. Please check if this process works for you:

    1. Go to wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
    2. Change the value for that field to just the basic title of the Facebook page without any extra characters in place.
    3. Save changes.
    4. Locate the wc_facebook_external_business_id field again and verify that the changes in place did save.
    5. Try to connect to Facebook again.

    Unfortunately, it does not work …

    Hi @hussamsara

    At step “What is Woocommerce Extension V2 allowed to do” make sure all fields are open. Facebook recently updated their settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default.
