Hi there @mspro79! A few questions for you to help us troubleshoot:
- Can you tell me where you are seeing this error? An image or video would be very helpful. The forums do not support screenshot uploads, so you can share one via a link generated by Imgur or JumpShare.
- Can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form?
Thank you!
Hi again. I saw this error with query monitor plugin when i try to connect to Site Kit.
@mspro79 Thanks for letting us know. Can you please provide the information requested above so we can troubleshoot?
1. https://jumpshare.com/v/Dp5ehIpJkKvpT3lPb9O6 here is the Site Kit issue.
2. I sent a form about Site Health Information
Thank you so much
when can we fix this issue? cause Google bots not visit our my website 🙁
@mspro79 thank you for providing the information. This could be the result of a plugin conflict but before we explore that route would you first be able to reset your Site Kit and try again?
You can do this by going to Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit. When trying the setup again make sure to accept all permissions when prompted.
If you are still then facing the issue we can look at what plugins could be causing this to happen.
Hi @adamdunnage. Yes, I tried this reset too many times. But it’s the same.

@mspro79 Okay if possible would you be able to temporarily disable the Jannah Speed Optimization plugin you have on your site and try Site Kit again?
If this doesn’t work it would be helpful if you could try running through the steps below which will rule out any plugin or theme conflict:
- Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”.
- Attempt to setup Site Kit once more.
Let me know how you get on with the above.
how can I install the previous version for Site Kit?
@mspro79 sorry to hear you are still having these issues. This could be related to hosting. It is worth checking with your host provider to ensure nothing from Google Site Kit is being blocked from the hosting side.
You can find all releases for Site Kit here but we recommend using the latest version if possible so it would be good to find the cause of your problem so that you can use the latest version.
Hi again. I have updated the MySQL database. I get back old Db. The issue is fixed. Thanks for your support.
Greetings.
@mspro79 Glad to hear this has fixed the issue for you. No problem at all please do let us know if you encounter any further issues and we will be happy to help.
