I imagine this plugin may be great, but it definitely is not FREE if you have to pay for the service in order to use the plugin. I wish WordPress would crack down on these false claim plugins.

How is this a false claim?

This plugin is the interface to LiveChat as a service. That’s completely legit and not a false claim.

It says it right there on the plugin page.

Requirements

The WordPress Live Chat Plugin by LiveChat is free, but you need to be a LiveChat customer. LiveChat comes with a free trial, allowing you to test the service for 14 days.
