Support » Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro » I had to migrate my website. Now I can’t access the setting page of PM Pro

I had to migrate/recover my website. Now everything is working, but I cannot access the settings pages on PMP Pro.

I have tried deleting the plugin and removing all entries in the MyPHPAdmin database.

What can I do? I don’t mind losing all of my data, I just want to be able to get started.

    Kind regards,
    Peter

It comes up with a white screen and then says “Sorry you can’t access this page”. Funnily enough, however, I can click on “Advanced Settings”. All other instances of the plugin settings are inaccessible.

    Hi @scratchmaster

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

Are you using any other plugin that may adjust the user’s role, the default Administrator role should give access.

Please feel free to send through a list of active plugins so I may take a look over this for you.

    Fixed! ⭐️

I deactivated all plugins, and slowly added them back. Seems to be working fine now 🙂
