• When i trying scan the QR code inside the plugin, the app (IOS) show me “Failed, please try again” and nothing happen when trying over and over.

    Too much time dedicated to solving this problem on my own…Sorry

    Sorry to hear that! The iOS app has a new release due out early next week, which has a number of improvements. If you do find time to take another look, please let us know how you get on.

    In fact, going on your WP username which seems to be the same as an email address in our system, I’m fairly sure we fixed your issue (I remember spotting an anomalous pattern in the logs and our iOS developer was working on it) in our development version. When that will be released depends upon when Apple approve it, but should be before the end of next week.
