I get an error: You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please rest

I get this error message: You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please restore it and try again. because I mistakenly deleted my Logo Gallery.
Where is the trash, or how do I restore the Foo gallery images, or remove them from the trash?
Why not include a link to the resolution rather then just post an error?!?! That does not help anyone resolve an error. Why is there no command z key board command so I can go back a step? Why doesn’t the version feature allow me to select a previous version?
