 * It’s a plugin that AUTOLINKS tags with a #before it just like here in my article.

 * I’m not sure but I think it’s also the plugin that lets you see the percentage
   use of each keyword in your website.

 * It’s not a difficult filter that will search and replace `#sometag` with `http://
   yoursite-here/tag/sometag/`. When you look at your activated plugins, what do
   you see listed?
 * I see Jetpack, Nextgen Gallery and Ultimate Social Icons. What else do you have
   activated?

 * Gee, this is embarrassing.
 * I was able to fix it. The plugin I was looking for was ExpressCurate. I deleted
   it because I don’t curate posts but I forgot it had that handy function haha
 * also, because of expresscurate, my seo smartlinks works like a charm (auto hashtagging
   my keywords)
