    they set me up on autorenew and refuse to refund anything even after 1 day. i feel like i was scammed by this plugin and company. i would never trust them with anything related to my business or website ever again. run away from these guys… they rely on deceptive sales tactics to keep their cash cow churning.

    If you’re using the Events Calendar PRO or another of our paid plugins, note that this is something to be solved directly with our accounts team via our website. Also, even if your paid plugin has been autorenewed, we can refund purchases from the last 30 days.

    Since you have an active license and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Also, we need to follow WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users, as we can’t provide support for paid customers on that forum.
