i download 3.1 and dont have sum of the new features

i dont have internal linking feature

gallery asscess is hard to add new pic to gallery and hard to re size thumb nail

i cant add new plugins cos there old version that dont work with wp 3.1

i dont no how to add category to my post and all tutruials are for the older wp

very annoying sum one help me b4 i break my computer
