• Not for this plugin, but for the company itself…

I bought a plugin from Ignitewoo’s own eCommerce website, the first problem was that the licence for the plugin was only for a year, however, this was not made clear at purchase stage. Having complained about this, I was told that it was clear to see in the terms and conditions, which were hidden in a separate link like you see for most ‘agree with our terms and conditions’ check box.

Secondly, the plugin did not work for me due to a clash with another major plugin. Due to both of these faults, I immediate requested a refund, and have requested this every day with no response whatsoever from the supplier.

Having researched on-line, many people have reported the same problems with this company. No response to refund requests when the software didn’t work.

For this reason, I am strongly advising people to be very very weary of dealing with this vendor as they are in my opinion not trustworthy.

@solosails: Our terms and conditions clearly state all of our policies, including support, license, refunds, etc, and they are clearly, prominently linked right next to the checkout button on the checkout page — in other words, impossible to miss.

We fix bugs if you take time to report them, and bug fixes are priority #1. Feel free to report any bugs you found, we really appreciate knowing about them so that we can fix them pronto.
