    Hi,

    When I sent the test email for this plugin I receive the email without any problem. But when I want to send a manual reminder with real orders I don’t receive any mail from the plugin. Also when I send the email from the customer review dashboard I don’t receive any mail to review the products.

    Can you please let me know if you have this problem with the latest version of the plugin? If yes, please let me know your store’s domain.

    Hi … i’m having the same problem, where the auto invitations are not being sent out. and i just updated the plugin a few minutes ago.

    My question is, if I enable manual reminders, does that mean the automatic ones are not sent out? many thanks!

    Manual and automatic reminders can be enabled and work at the same time.

    Can you please share a screenshot illustrating the error message shown after you try to send a review reminder manually?

    Hi Support … i had to deactivate your plugin to get the site up and running, but now plan to investigate again what went wrong. if the problem recurs, i’ll start a new thread, this time with screen shots.
