I don’t think this is a good practice to leave such a bad review just you couldn’t understand how to get it work in 30 minutes. That’s not just fear, don’t you think so?
It would be much better if you stated the problems with the plugin, maybe you have some offers to make it better.
The whole thing is about cooperation and mutual respect for the work we do.
In this case a detailed feedback would be very helpful not only for your case, but for the others who face any problems. We’re willing to assist you and anyone else to fix what is wrong with the plugin and make it even better!
Besides, I should note that we do have 30.000 active users. This is the best proof that our plugin is simple to use and is well programmed.

I apologize, I have 20+ clients at any given time and I don’t have time to try and recreate it… plus the site was already launched with a different plugin. I am sure it is a good plugin, but not for me.
