i dont get a membership level after purchase a level with WooCommerce

    I recently joined Woocommerce and PMPro, made a test payment last night and the payment was completed, but now I can not access the online course of my signatures that I bought.

    I created products for members of PMPro via Woocommerce and made the association. However, after making the purchase, I noticed that I was not registered as a subscriber, but as a customer and no level of subscription was assigned to my user.

    I also checked the members’ PMPRO tab and I did not find my user.

    Update:
    Make sure the WooCommerce order is set to complete or processing.
    If your testing using SandBox it might be set to pending payment.

    Thank you for sharing this @ajiaim, orders with any other status than ‘completed’ won’t apply the membership level to the user.

    So, does that mean each purchase is auto completed and for some websites it is not working?

    I tried to make auto complete as well but seems even after that membership level are not set for my subscribers who paid. Everytime i am doing it manually 🙁

    I got this one solved by disabling/deactivating a plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway”. Instead, i tried to use default Paypal checkout(no extra plugin) by Woocommerce and it went perfect.

    So, for me it was a plugin issue. Seems, this plugin was not able to get the return update on website.

    I hope this will be helpful for you and others who’ll come in future to this post.
