@salvo722 Thanks for sharing the screenshot within the post, that’s very helpful!

Everything looks ok here, but you only need Places API and Places API (New).

Do check the Retrieved Data in your plugin’s settings. Sometimes Google Cloud expects an IPv6 (rather than IPv4), so if you see a different IP in there, please add this one to the restrictions.

Once you’ve made a change, please press the “Clear Cache” button in Advanced so it will retry the connection without waiting for the regular task.

And if you have the Retrieved Data, you can share the error message in here (use the code block). Thanks!

Thank you very much. I implemented IPv6, but I’m getting no results. When you talk about cache, are you talking about the CMS cache? I can share an admin account with you since we’re currently redoing the web work in robot-discovery mode.

@salvo722 When you’ve made a change to the API Key, you’ll need to update the cache within the plugin to force a recheck of the connection. Just go to the plugin’s settings | Advanced and then click on the Clear Cache button there.

Sometimes the page cache will need clearing – say if new reviews appear in the Dashboard but not the front-end. In this case, the page cache will have no effect because the reviews aren’t there yet.

Please can you share the Retrieved Data as this will usually have more detail than the warning notice at the top?
