    Hi. Does anyone speak french here? I’m a french canadian girl who have a big problem with my account and I’m not too good at computer stuff… I’ll try to explain my problem the most clearly that I can… Sorry in advance for my poor english writing!!

    Monday I went into my blog account first time for about 1 year. I changed a couple of things in and add the authenticator thing wih my Iphone. When a did it at the first time it worked, i recieved the code on my iphone, everything was ok. Tuesday I logged in with my ID and password, everything is ok, then a message tells me to enter my authenticator code but i’m not recieving anything on my cellphone…. HELP me please what can I do??!?

  • hello Jpicard, have a read through this tutorial, it will help you understand how to set it up and it has some troubleshooting points. Sorry but I don’t speak French 🙂
