I can not find the correct setting to receive the completed form via e-mail. So I have it in my mailbox and not just in the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

you can add email notifications in the actions section of the form builder. There you will find all template tags which you can add to the email. Do you can’t see the section?

    Hello Sven
In the Edit Form area under Actions I see the E-Mail Notification area. There I have as sender name following: “Registration Movie Day” and sender email, Anwtort-Email and the recipient email the “{adminemail}”

Unfortunately, I really do not get any mail in my mailbox. I see only in WordPress backend under Forms – All Forms I have Submission Count application.

    Hi,

do you have under “Settings > General” an email-address, which you can receive?

Another solution would be, that your hosting provider does not support the PHP mail function. Maybe you can try to use the WP SMTP Mailer (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/smtp-mailer/) which sends out the emails by annother (and more reliable) way.

If nothing of this helps, I have to check by debugging it at your site.

    Greetings,

    Sven

I will close that thread, because of no further action.
