    It sounds like the part about having your password rejected may either be unrelated, or may be somehow cached. If the plugin is disabled, it is disabled. You could go a step further and remove the directory entirely via FTP. Also plese check you have the right forum. We get many requests like this from people using other similarly-named plugins. 🙂
