I did something to make my Templete leave, can’t log in to fix

I’m trying to set up a word press blog hosted by Powweb. I did something not sure what and my theme template went away. Now when I try to get the password for the 28ideas.com/wp-login.php it gives me the password for my other blog bretmcmanus.wordpress.com I’m not sure what to do now? Im Thinking of starting over I have very little content?
