I csnt import from file

    It gives me an error that:
    “The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/deftionary.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2007/11.”

    i am using latest wordpress version on plesk control panel, i recently shifted my blog from one server to second server and then i upgraded the wordpress to the latest version.
