[Resolved] I changed the list, but the name of the old list is still showing up

I set up this nice plugin to let visitors opt-in. But then I changed the list that the email addresses were being sent to. This worked: the data is now being sent to the correct mailing list at Mailchimp.

The problem is that in confirmation emails, the user sees the name of the old mailing list in the heading. This name must be stuck in the plugin’s data somewhere.

    Hi photocurio,

Confirmation emails are handled by MailChimp, not by my plugin. Maybe the old mailing list is hard-coded in the header? Otherwise, it could be just a caching issue. In that case, waiting for a while will fix it.

If my plugin still shows the old name in the cached data from MailChimp section, just hit the “renew cache” button to renew the cache. It shouldn’t be a problem though, as my plugin uses the never-changing ID to identify lists.

    Hope that clarifies, good luck.
