I changed my blog address in settings menu and now I can’t access anything

First of all, I have moved index.php and httaccess and edited them so I could run my site from root folder. They are linked to http://www.henry.brown.name/blog, that is my wordpress install. A minute ago I went in to my settings menu on wordpres and changed the wrong section, i changed the bit that says WordPress URL from http://www.henry.brown.name/blog to http://www.henry.brown.name, now I can’t get back in to it to change it back 🙁 Help please 🙁

Edit: I can see my website without a style sheet and can’t access wp-admin because it redirects to a 404?
