    Hi Everyone

I have been tinkering with an SSL certificate ( It’s my own private one – not shared ) I was in the settings and changing things because i was having problems despite changing the admin url to https it would sometimes redirect so i had a brainwave and decided to name the new url and add wp-login.php at the end.

So i save this but unfortunately it now is caught in a never ending loop and the last part of the url is wp-login.php/wp-login.php when it should just be one wp-login.php.

I now know that WordPress automatically adds the wp-login.php part and by adding it again i am caught in a loop and locked out of my site. Yes i feel stupid about this but how do i fix this and get back into my blog. I’m not naming the site since i’m working on it and don’t want it caught up in a Google browser or visitors just yet and anyways it’s just my admin down and i have the whole thing set to private at the moment so there is nothing to see except a Chinese writing and Google message for the front part of the site.

I have full access to my site and can use my FTP program to edit any of the files or even upload a file from my computer if it would fix the issue.

    Help appreciated.
