Support » Theme: Emphaino » I change the sidebar to four columns when it displays on the footer?

  • Hi,

Is it possible to change the modify the sidebar to so that the elements display in four columns when it moves to the footer?

    website is http://www.themamaminute.com

I’ve disabled it on the homepage because I’m not a fan of how the Twitter roll is displayed… but would like it when it appears on the category / search results page.

  • Hi,

I would like to do the exact same thing with my site. Saw you figured it out, but not sure how.

    website is http://roamsweetrome.com

Hey dfrumps. I didn’t figure it out; I just disabled it on the homepage, which you can either do by customising the widgets OR by removing the line of code using the html file editor.

Ahh okay I see what you did, sorry about that. Thank you for the response!

Hi dfrumps! Just wondering – how did you get that image/header to display above your menu on your homepage?

    Hi joyadan,
I downloaded this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-header-images/. After installation I had to switch around the order of the code to get the menu below it. Really nice plugin though, especially for this theme!

    Thanks dfrumps!

Which template file did you paste the line of code into – was it under the general CSS editor or did you actually alter the template files in the Editor?

    Your welcome!

I pasted it into the actual template file (header.php). Just had to move it around a couple times within the template file to get it perfect. I’m not sure this is the best way to do it but it worked out alright!
