I can’t view my home page but subpages work!

Hello! Compared to what is written in the FAQs, I have the opposite problem. That is, I don’t see the home page (I get an error message from plesk, from Lightsail Amazon), while all the internal pages (including the images) work. I tried repeating the installation from scratch three times, but with no luck. Can you help me? 🙂
