I can’t view inbound messages

Hi!

I don’t know when it happened and even it worked well for a long time but today I noticed that I can’t view inbound messages. Contact form works properly and I receive the emails. I attached s screenshot with the problem.

I have some plugins and my custom theme.

It worked fine and I have more than 7000 flamingo’s posts saved. But I don’t know when this happened.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Flamingo, Google XML Sitemaps, and WP Mail SMTP.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Finally I solved the problem removing some actions from my functions.php file.

what kind of actions caused this?

I just noticed that we have been getting emails recently, but not showing up in Flamingo. We did not install any new modules recently.

It was because I had an action in my theme’s functions.php file. That code was related with user roles and it blocked the access to the Flamingo’s admin section.

In your case it could be related with some user roles plugin.
