I can’t upload my own pic’s

Whenever I try to upload pictures, they seem to be uploaded when i use the browser-uploader, but the pics won’t show. When i try the flash-uploader it seems to be uploading, but when it has, a message show that says “Crunching…” and the picture is nowhere to be found.

Help me please!
