I cant type into a form

Its about Mailchimp for wordpress plugin on android one plus 5

When I try to type, the keyboard goes down and I cant to type, its imposible.

I clik into the first field of the form, then the keyboard appears and inmediately it goes down.

Any idea?

It´s my first proyect in WordPress I’m a rookie…

I don´t know to write code perphaps it is the rest of the code of other plugin installed by me 🙁

Do you think that´s the problem?

How I Can to remove it?

That does not look like screenshot of the “MC4WP > Forms” page.

Please login to your WordPress admin, then go to the
MC4WP > Forms” menu and take a screenshot of that page.
