    i need to generate new key in my wordpress but when i click generate api key it give just koad icon then nothing i dont now why .

    Disable your plugins except for WC and try. What permissions are you setting when doing so?

    i was disable woocommerce pluging then activate but dont get the api so the probleme stay.
    i have an idea .now am not installing stripe and pay can that solve the probleme?
    my woocommerce show a two red warnning in head page this is:

    Yeah I’m a bit confused here by your reply. Now you want to install Stripe?

    It appears you’re trying to add Apple Pay to the site yes? If so then yes adding Stripe with Apple Pay will help get you there.

    Not sure how any of that had to do with you being unable to generate an API Key though.

    so if i add pay ,the probleme of key api can solve?

    Again, you’re not really expressing exactly what you’re attempting to do here. Let’s start there.

    In @serafinnyc first reply, he suggested you disable all your plugin except WooCommerce, but it seems you only disabled WooCommerce then enabled it again 😉

    What I would suggest is you follow this guide to do a conflict test and see if you can generate the new API keys with ONLY WooCommerce active on your site – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
