    Hi there, I have the exact problem that other user before me:

    But I’m getting a notice as below, and my START SENDING button has become inactive when I try to start my order notification emails. I’ve re-installed the plugin and the problem still remains.

    WooCommerce users
    MailChimp for WooCommerce 1.0.9 or later is required to support Order Notifications. If you haven’t updated since Feb 3, 2017, please update to the most recent version.
    Before you start this Automation, verify that your store is up to date.

    Someone left her some questions, but there are no replies or conclussion. So I have taken the questions and I answered them:

    My site is self-hosted with 1&1 Ionos
    All is up to date. Woocommerce version is 5.0.0
    I have 120-130 products right now (is increasing)

    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)? -> Don’t kwnow what that means

    – Have you tried to remove your site from the MailChimp ‘Connected Sites’ area then reinstall? -> No because I’m afraid of loose my configured automated mails

    *Others automations don’t show this problem and button is available.

    @bulldozzzer sorry for the delay in responding – hopefully you’ve figured this out already with your Mailchimp support team – it’s unrelated to the plugin, so please do ask support why that’s happening and they’ll be able to get you all squared away.

    Worst case scenario you may have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin after they assist you over there.
