I can't select different index style

    When I click the index style button, the page reloads but nothing happens – no window pops up.
    Also, I can’t choose any page template. Right now, it’s set up as default. On my other pages on the website, I have the option to select with or without a sidebar.
    Also, it looks like to choose a different post order on the secondary index, I have to upgrade to EasyIndex Plus. I can’t find this plug in. How do I upgrade? Thanks!

    Okay, I just found the easyindex plus and bought it, but I still have the same problem. I can’t select a different index style nor a different page template.
    Please help!
