Hi, was the page created in the classic Page Builder interface? If so, you might try installing the Classic Editor plugin to help resolve the issue.

I’m not sure why the page would have dropped into the Block Editor.

Thanks! The page was created in Site Origin page buldier. I don´t know why it changed to classic.
I will try installig that plugin, thanks for your advice!

By default, pages created in the classic Page Builder format should hold that format without the Classic Editor plugin. In this instance, it sounds like a conflict or something similar impacted the page briefly. Please, let us know how it goes and we’ll assist from there. Thanks.

I´ve tried that and generated a new page. But at the middle of the process when I wanted to publish some changes there was this message “Ha fallado la actualización. Las respuesta no es una respuesta JSON válida.” and all block structure dissapear and turned into one only classic text block.

    Sorry, i can´t solved

    Thanks for the update.

When the block fails there should be a menu on the right with three dots, within that menu is an option to attempt a recovery of the block. If the recovery works, make any small change to a widget in the block and then save to maintain the recovered state. Does that help at all?
