I can't see any drop down field type option

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I cannot see any type of field dropdown. all I see is
Name
Description
Slug
A unique identifier for this field group.
Options Repeatable
Fields

+ Add field

or cancel

Delete

that’s it.

what’s wrong with it?
