I Can't Savve Settings!

I love this plugin on my new site bus as I don’t want to monetize my site, I keep trying to change my settings to where it is a community commenting system, not a revenue generating comment system. This is the only comment system that works on my site! I don’t want to monetize my site! I need to customize and save my settings!
