I can't remove the Read more button from Posts Slider

Hello! I’m having some hard time removing the READ MORE red button from the Post Slider on homepage as well as after the post excerpts in Category.

I’ve tried many of the tips here, like deleting some CSS lines, with no success (I’m definitely not into PHP, HTML and so on, so I rely on just searching for a working solution and applying it).

I’ll be really grateful if someone helps me with this.
