Did this problem start after you installed and activated a plugin?
Try logging into your site via FTP and manually disable the plugins. One by one rename them (just add a character) or move them into a new directory to deactivate them.

Problem is not connected with activation/deactivation plugins.
I was done with editing my theme and in my WordPress Dashboard under “Settings” – “General” – “WordPress address URL” I putted instead http://www.ingemar.hr
http://www.ingemar.hr/home/ and then WordPress collapse, and now I can’t even reach Dashboard to change it.
I am not good in coding so I am apologizing in advance if this is something banal to solve.Thank you π
Ah the issue has come from adding “/home/” to your default WordPress address. You should keep with as your domain only (“http://www.ingemar.hr”). Then set your homepage under Settings -> Reading.
To fix this you will need to edit the WordPress address from the database directly. Have you got access to the database? The URL is stored under the “wp_options” table.
