First of all, Please accept my apologies for the delay in response. I really appreciate your patience.
As checked with the web browser’s inspector tool, seems likely the new print.css file added when the plugin is enabled doesn’t load on your website.
Perhaps the plugin wasn’t properly installed. Can you try reinstalling and re-enabling it once again? Reload your page before printing a page.
Adding, you may also neet to clear cache, history, and restart your web browser after enabling the plugin.

The printed out image is a little better, but there is still a gap between what you see and what you get.
In particular, the colors are missing in some places and the lines are changing to show the image in a larger size.

I am sorry, I can’t get the same issue after installing the plugin.
You can try printing my test site, so you can compare.
Which browwser were you trying to print your page with? Did you use either mobile or desktop web browser?

Hi,
I found the root cause of the problem.
It seems that the CSS plugin is only support English. It does not seem to support Japanese. (If I set the WordPress language setting to Japanese, the printout formatting is broken.)
My page is made in English and Japanese, so please modify the plugin to support Japanese as well.
