If the configuration is correct, the issue might be due to a CSS conflict with your theme.
To position the custom tab before all default tabs, leave the position field blank. If you’d like to learn more about tab positioning, please refer to the article here.
Additionally, please share the product page URL where you are experiencing the issue.

Assumes your tabs are in an accordion structure. This structure is controlled by your website theme, not our plugin. A JS or CSS code snippet or adjustments in your theme’s settings can help you achieve this. If you share your product page URL, we will try to create a snippet tailored for your theme.
