    I can’t pay affiliates

    The problem is with a plugin that you sell. I know it’s not the right place, but I’ve tried to create the ticket 3 times on the official website and none of them got a response.

    The plugin is Affiliate for Woocommerce.

    I’m trying to pay an affiliate through paypal, but it’s not working.
    I am in contact with the PayPal Brazil team and they are commenting that the money order you are sending is being sent in Dolar (USD) and not in the currency of my Woocommerce store (REAL – BRL)

    Is it possible for you to offer support in this case? I bought the plugin just for that reason and it is being critical for us not to be able to pay them that way.

    Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase
    Affiliate for WooCommerce, select Affiliate for WooCommerce from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

    If you’re using a third-party extension to get this done, please get in touch with their plugin support team directly.

    It was exactly there, I created 3 requests, I received confirmation emails that were created but they don’t even appear in the site history, it’s been weeks.

    I don’t know where else to go for support and it was a plugin I paid to use.
