I can’t make a translation

I can’t translate this plugin. Creating new files .json and .po and translate the lines in these files .json and .po, but no changes occur. The text is still in English. How to make a translation into another language correctly? In the plugin files uploaded here, the language is only English, there are no other translation files, although the plugin page indicates that the plugin has been translated into 5 languages. And where are the translation files?

(Не получается сделать перевод этого плагина. Создаю новые файлы .json и .po и перевожу строки в этих файлах .json и .po, но никаких изменений не происходит. Текс по прежнему на английском языке. Как правильно сделать перевод на другой язык? В файлах плагина, загруженных здесь, язык только английский, никаких других файлов с переводом нет, хотя на странице с плагином указано, что плагин переведен на 5 языков. А где файлы перевода?)
