I can’t login since I installed WP Fastest Cache.

The site is online, but I don’t have access to the dashboard. I can not login as the page keeps refreshing. Even if I put forgot the password, the page will keep refreshing.
I have noticed that other people have posted about the issue previously but there was no explanation on how to solve this issue, except that the plugin author has asked to send an email.

Can I send an email too?
