I can't login!

I’ve installed this plugin,but I can’t login now because it says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
How I can fix the issue?Because I think that my server doesn’t support the ssl,so if I will manually remove this plugin via ftp,I will fix this problem and I can login again?thanks
