I can’t log in

I cannot log in. Why? I have cleared cache, cleared cookies. I need someone to help me in non-tech speak figure how to log in. I have been trying everywhere with Word Press and Go Daddy and I am not getting help anywhere. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.
